We build and modernise

Custom software development and taking over existing systems

Custom ERP and CRM, B2B portals and connected orders, warehouse and accounting. We also take over an existing system from another supplier and keep running it after launch.

Systems that carry everyday work

Custom ERP and CRM

When an off-the-shelf product does not fit the process: warehouse, production, orders, invoicing, reporting.

B2B portals and e-commerce

Ordering and partner portals with pricing, stock, and a link into the ERP.

Integrations and APIs

Connect ERP, accounting, delivery providers and external services around the capabilities of your existing systems.

Public-administration systems

Registers, obligation management, and reporting with traceability and security requirements.

Process automation

Removing manual steps between systems, accounting files, and email-driven agendas.

Takeover and modernisation

Taking over a system somebody else built. Analysis of code and infrastructure, stabilisation and gradual modernisation of older systems.

A new system or taking over an existing one

We build a new system

  1. Initial consultation and scope definition
  2. Solution design and phase plan
  3. Delivery in phases
  4. Deployment and ongoing care

We take over an existing system

  1. Scope of the assessment
  2. Assess the current and target state
  3. Stabilisation and modernisation plan
  4. Delivery in phases and ongoing operation

AI where it saves manual work

We use automation and AI for document processing, data transformations, consistency checks and routine work. During design, we agree what the solution should improve and how to verify the result. A senior developer reviews AI output.

How we start

Initial assessment. A clear plan for your project.

A smaller, well-defined brief may go straight to a proposal after the consultation. A larger project starts with an assessment whose scope, outputs and price you know before we begin.

Arrange a free consultation

First, a short conversation about your brief and the next step.

What the assessment covers and how its price is set
When an assessment helps
For a larger new project, or when taking over or modernising a system or infrastructure. It helps you decide what to address first and how to divide delivery into manageable phases.
What we work from
A brief description of your situation and goal is enough for the first conversation. Sensitive materials are shared only after an NDA is signed. The assessment draws on available documentation, an overview of your systems, known issues and requirements. Please do not send passwords or sensitive files through the contact form.
Three parts of the assessment
  1. Current state: what works today, where the constraints and risks are, and their priority. For a new system, we map the starting point and needs.
  2. Target state: requirements and a proposal for where the system or infrastructure should be heading.
  3. Delivery plan: takeover, modernisation or development phases, a timeline, estimated effort in person-days and the resulting price.
How we agree on assessment costs
A smaller assessment may be free. For a larger one, we typically share the costs roughly equally between you and Tatra Digital Services, depending on the scope and complexity of the brief, the available materials and the depth required. You know the scope, deliverables, price and timing before we start.
What happens next
We carry out the assessment and review the findings together. You then order delivery in phases. If a smaller brief is clear after the consultation, we prepare a proposal directly.
What the assessment does not yet cover
The result is a basis for your decision and a plan for the next steps. Repairs, development, taking over operations and deployment are subsequent delivery work.

Let’s start with what your system needs.

In 30 minutes we go through your brief and propose the next step.

  1. Within one working day we reply and suggest a time.
  2. We will discuss your goal, current situation and open questions.
  3. You get a proposed next step: a quote, or an assessment priced up front.

Arrange a free consultation

You do not need any documents for the first conversation.

Just your name, company and email are required. Everything else is optional.

A short description is enough. We discuss documents and access after agreeing confidentiality.

Add a phone number or budget (optional)

This is your planned project budget, not the price of the consultation or assessment.
