We operate and develop

System management and operations with agreed response times

Monitoring, backups with tested recovery, updates and incident handling. You know who responds, how fast and what you receive after an incident.

What we hold for you every day

Availability and performance monitoring

We monitor the key parts of the system and define who receives alerts and responds to them.

Backups and tested recovery

We set up backup coverage, recovery procedures and how to verify them. You know which data and system components the plan covers.

Updates and safe deployments

We plan system and application updates around operations: change windows, deployment checks and a response if something goes wrong.

Incident handling

A contact person, response times and escalation by incident severity. After a serious incident you receive a written summary.

Capacity planning

We track data and load growth so the system does not hit its limit without warning.

Continuous development

Smaller changes are made on an ongoing basis. Larger changes are planned and priced separately.

How we handle incidents by severity

Every incident falls into one of three categories, and that category decides how we handle it. The SLA itself, meaning response times, availability and recovery, is set for each system by what an outage means for your business and written into the operating agreement.

Critical incident

Service outage, security incident or data loss.

Top priority, escalation under the operating agreement

Serious issue

System slowdown or a part that does not work.

Handled ahead of routine requests

Routine request

Minor bug, question or change request.

Handled within the agreed time

Where we run your systems

We choose the environment by what your system needs. Monitoring, backups and incident handling are set up in each of them.

  • Our own infrastructure in the EU

Dedicated servers in EU data centres, with hourly off-site backups.

  • Microsoft Azure

For systems that need scaling, several regions or high availability.

  • Kubernetes and Docker

Containers and clusters with repeatable deployment and fast recovery.

  • Hybrid deployment

Part of the system on dedicated infrastructure, part in the cloud, whichever makes sense.

Moving from another supplier

We take a system over even when somebody else built it. We take over access, documentation, and monitoring, map the risks, and only then start changing things.

Cloud infrastructure for a global trading platform

Takeover and rebuild of a resilient containerised infrastructure on Azure for a globally deployed trading platform.

Let’s start with what your system needs.

In 30 minutes we go through your brief and propose the next step.

  1. Within one working day we reply and suggest a time.
  2. We will discuss your goal, current situation and open questions.
  3. You get a proposed next step: a quote, or an assessment priced up front.

Arrange a free consultation

You do not need any documents for the first conversation.

Just your name, company and email are required. Everything else is optional.

A short description is enough. We discuss documents and access after agreeing confidentiality.

Add a phone number or budget (optional)

This is your planned project budget, not the price of the consultation or assessment.
